Alvignano Agora, an event that is close to three years, mostly to young people, began with Loreto 2007. Alife
We start with the classic to the streets to rally to proceed to the first stage of this day: the Basilica of Santa Maria di Cubulteria where, waiting for the boys and Piedimonte Sepicciano who arrive on foot, there are provided kits x day and we give a hand improvising traffic police. The caravan came to church with Don Antonio Sasso tells the story of that ancient basilica.
We start, then, for the second leg of our journey: walking and walking the streets of Alvington and singing songs and hymns come to the Sanctuary of which begins the vigil of Pentecost and the rite of Confirmation for some children of the parish.
After that beautiful walk, hunger is so great and so we go to eat in our beautiful square sandwich bought at Sisa.
Concluded the rite, we are all ready for the concert to be held in the square of Alvington.
But because of a terrible tragedy, the death of a boy of just 21 years has all been postponed until a later date. And so ended the day's big event of the Agora. A special thanks to all who made this day so special for us, thanks to the parish of Alvington, the heart of our diocese who hosted us, and all the members of the youth ministry
Oh and do not forget our motto. To those who dedicate today?!? I really think that this time it happened to us because we are not very used to the climb on foot, and we have heard repeated often during the journey: "Accelerate, folks!"
